(1896), and south Art
Deco exterior (1927), echo the dynamism of the
neighborhood's boutiques, galleries, parks, and nightlife. The
contemporary south lobby (18th Street) features a mint green
terrazzo floor, and the north lobby (19th Street) blends classic loft
elements
