Our North and South Pavilions are accentuated by
19th-century architectural highlights, and feature
polished oak floors, catering prep facilities, private
lobbies, a 3-bay indoor loading dock, green rooms,
and coat check facilities.

Our upper-storey Gallery features gleaming contemporary
elegance, including a white high-gloss floor that softly
reflects the room’s lighting. The Gallery can be easily
partitioned with pipe and drape to create intimate or
themed alcoves and lounge areas.

The Level offers new, contemporary refinement with a fresh,
adaptable design featuring a polished oak floor, honed marble,
and expandable a/v and lighting systems. A wide, vintage iron
staircase connects The Level to the Gallery.

Situated among the architectural splendor of the Ladies’ Mile
Historic District, Metropolitan Pavilion’s north Beaux Arts exterior,
(1896), and south Art Deco exterior (1927), echo the dynamism of the
neighborhood's boutiques, galleries, parks, and nightlife. The
contemporary south lobby (18th Street) features a mint green
terrazzo floor, and the north lobby (19th Street) blends classic loft
elements with modern detailing.

Metropolitan Pavilion easily accommodates media-intensive
events with WiFi, high-speed Internet, and extensive electrical
connectivity throughout the facility, and offers audio, video, and
entertainment technology enhancements.
